Streamyx has the widest coverage of broadband service in Malaysia compared to other broadband provider in the country. However, sometimes (or probably many-times) their service is so lousy that people are hating them.
Some hate them so much they even dedicated a hate site for Streamyx.
Believe me, image like this is everywhere on the Internet, especially at local online forums.
I've nothing much against Streamyx except for their role at throttling the P2P speed. However, Streamyx gave me the shock of the day when I did a speed test yesterday.
The result was indeed shocking because there is no way AT ALL Streamyx can achieve that speed. Not even to the SOHO package customers. 18815kb/s download speed? It's like running to-and-fro the moon within an hour so I guess there must be something wrong here or there.
